The clubhouse is open to all members at anytime except when a specific function is under way. Full members are entitled to a clubhouse key after payment of the deposit and signing the key register. Social distancing must be observed at all times.
Use of the Kitchen and Bathroom facilities is available to all but all members and guests are requested to ensure everything is left in a clean and tidy state and dishes and utensils are washed, dried and put away before they leave the premises.
Tea and Coffee making as well as cooking facilities are available for use at any time. Soft Drinks and water are available at marked prices from the fridge.
Monthly Sunday Barbeque
On the third Sunday of each month a barbecue is held for members and guests. There is a charge per head to cover the cost of the food and the amount will vary depending upon the numbers present and the food provided. A guest speaker may be available or a theme determined. Music and videos may be available. Details of each months Barbecue will be specified here.
Other events will be notified as and when these become allowable.

Fly away to Palmers Island on Australia Day Thursday 26 January 2023.
Available to all pilots and their passengers this consists of flying to Palmers Island from 8:00am. Bob McIntyre the owner of the Aerodrome will provide morning tea for all. Please take some cash to pay landing fees ($10.00) and donate to the provision of the morning tea. We will then return to South Grafton for a Barbecue Lunch.
